Seasoned Collections Professionals Needed for Fortune 100 Financial Services Firm! Milwaukee, WI

Our client, a diversified financial services company with $436 billion in assets and 150,000 employees is adding COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVES to its team.
These positions will be starting at the end of October.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with delinquent customers
- Interpret information from a variety of sources and complete thorough documentation in company's system
- Use auto-dial feature to initiate customer contact and determine account delinquency
- Evaluate customers' financial situations and negotiate terms of repayment to bring account to "current" status.
- May be responsible for skip tracking and/or collateral analysis

Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years collections experience
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fasted paced/goal oriented environment
- Must have 1 year uninterrupted work experience
- Attention to detail, organization and time management skills


Shift: Part-time morning and part-time evening positions available.
MUST DESIRE TO WORK WEEKENDS



Compensation:
- $12.50 - $14.00/hr
