JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Manager is directly accountable for complete Product Quality and Food Quality processes, this includes staffing requirements, new hire and rotational training, budget development / adherence, and documentation accuracy. The Quality Assurance Manager looks for ways to improve the detailed metrics of the operation through visual and hands on applications along with development of the immediate associate staff and lead personnel.
